Tavern provides players (and their GM) with a workbook that offers their PCs a chance to become tavern owners. Through a series of workbook pages, players will roll randomly (with their GM) to discover what taverns are available for sale as well as the taverns’ conditions (from leaning hovel to a new two-story marvel), reputations, trophies and awards, secret features, entertainers, and more. Oh, and profits, of course!
While the PCs are dungeon delving, a purchased tavern can be earning them coin that can fund future expeditions, buy new equipment, or even purchase tavern expansions and upgrades. (Or rebuild if an unfortunate event should ever occur.)
